P.R.I.M.E. Finance London Conference 2024

P.R.I.M.E. Finance returns to the UK for its second London conference on 7 October 2024. 

On 7 October 2024, P.R.I.M.E. Finance welcomed experienced banking and dispute resolution experts to  discuss topical issues at the intersection of arbitration and finance. This sold-out event in London featured diverse perspectives from the viewpoint of counsel and arbitrators, ranging from geopolitical dimensions bearing on the international financial markets to ethical considerations for in-house counsel, as well as the fintech considerations associated with cross-border payments and the legal nature of digital assets. Experts examined the advantages of adopting the updated P.R.I.M.E. Finance Arbitration Rules, which are specially adapted for the resolution of complex financial disputes, and there was much interest in and enthusiasm for the new Rules.

We were especially honoured to be joined by The Hon. Mr. Justice Henshaw, Judge in Charge of the Commercial Court, who delivered the keynote speech. Our audience found it particularly insightful to delve deep into the challenges associated with complex investment claims.
