Who we are

P.R.I.M.E Finance is run by a Management Board chaired by Robert G. Pickel, with support from an Advisory Board chaired by H.E. the Honourable Sir David Baragwanath KNZM. Camilla Macpherson is Head of Secretariat.  

Advisory and Management Board members are not compensated and cover their own costs and expenses in connection with the project.

Kasper J. Krzemiński

Secretary-General of P.R.I.M.E. Finance, Partner at NautaDutilh

Kasper J. Krzeminski is partner in NautaDutilh's Litigation & Arbitration practice group. He specializes in the resolution of commercial and contractual disputes. Kasper represents his clients in international and domestic arbitration, court litigation and ADR.Kasper advises and represents Dutch and international clients in a wide range of industries, including finance, energy & natural resources, international trade and construction. Kasper is particularly experienced in the area of post-M&A disputes, construction and shipbuilding projects, multi-jurisdictional debt recovery, the enforcement of arbitral awards and foreign money judgments, and discovery proceedings.

Camilla Macpherson

Head of Secretariat

As the Head of Secretariat, Camilla Macpherson leads the head office in The Hague. Camilla previously practised international arbitration and litigation at Allen & Overy LLP in London for nearly 15 years, focusing on complex, high value cross-border disputes, some of them involving complex financial contracts. Her clients included financial institutions, asset managers and hedge funds. She moved to DLA Piper in 2014 to become Head of Knowledge Management for the litigation and regulatory team, leading a large team of lawyers and support professionals. While at DLA Piper, she began advising extensively on Brexit-related issues and was subsequently appointed DLA Piper’s dedicated Brexit Counsel. After moving to the Netherlands in 2017, she returned to Allen & Overy as a consultant. Ms. Macpherson is also an experienced writer and presenter and has taught oral advocacy on the University of Leiden’s International Dispute Settlement and Advocacy advanced masters programme. She has recently been appointed Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators. 


Noor Irshaidat


Noor Irshaidat, born and raised in Jordan, is a rising 2L at the University of Pennsylvania Carey Law School. Having worked and lived in four countries, Noor is excited to learn more about International Arbitration in hopes to engage with the legal field globally, work with international clients and on international cases.

Joel Joseph


Joel Joseph is currently undertaking his Postgraduate Diploma in Legal Practice in London. He completed his LLB (Hons) at Durham University and pursued an Advanced LLM in public international law, specializing in international dispute settlement at Universiteit Leiden. His interests include international arbitration and sustainable finance. Formerly, he was a legal trainee in private international law, has experience working at international tribunals, and has advised SMEs on developing their sustainability agenda as a junior business consultant.


Linsey Scoresby


Linsey is a rising second-year law student at Georgetown University Law Center. Prior to law school, she obtained a bachelor and masters degree in social work with an emphasis on international affairs. Linsey is interested in global dispute resolution and hopes to establish a career in international commercial and economic law. At Georgetown, she is a Public Interest Fellow, Human Rights Institute Associate, and a member of the Women’s Legal Alliance, Georgetown International International Law Society, and the First Generation Student Union. She is also fluent in Spanish.
