P.R.I.M.E. Finance Runner-Up in GAR Awards 2017

P.R.I.M.E. Finance is proud to announce that it was the runner-up under the category of "Best Development" in the GAR Awards 2017.

P.R.I.M.E. Finance received such honorable mention for its combination with the Permanent Court of Arbitration (PCA) in order to resolve disputes arising from complex financial transactions.

With the cooperation agreement between the PCA and P.R.I.M.E. Finance being implemented this past year, the PCA is positioned to offer administrative support in arbitrations concerning finance and complex financial products. As a result, parties will have better access to administered arbitration and mediation to resolve their specialized disputes quickly, cost-effectively and authoritatively. That is a big and innovative step forward for the financial markets as well as both organisations. P.R.I.M.E. Finance’s filing address is now the PCA’s headquarters at the Peace Palace in The Hague. Arbitrations may take place anywhere in the world, and may be facilitated by the PCA’s host country agreements with a number of its Contracting Parties.

The event was hosted on March 29 in Milan and celebrated strides towards innovation and diversity in international arbitration.
