P.R.I.M.E. Board Member Spoke at the Duke-Leiden Institute in Global and Transactional Law
On June 28, P.R.I.M.E. Finance Advisory Board member Sir David Baragwanath was invited to speak at the Duke-Leiden Institute in Global and Transactional Law on the topic of "The Future of International Financial Disputes." The Duke-Leiden Institute in Global and Transactional Law is a one-month program in Leiden and the Hague, which aims to educate students on the study of international and comparative law. Faculty from Duke Law School and Leiden Law School were invited to teach the course. Participants are students from American law schools, as well as students from other countries around the world.
