Matt Bower is a partner in A&O Shearman’s litigation and investigations practice in Hong Kong, specialising in contentious disputes in the financial services sector before the High Courts of Hong Kong and England & Wales, as well as on internal and regulatory investigations.
Matt has substantial experience advising clients on disputes arising in the financial services sector including in particular on derivative disputes, having advised clients in disputes that have raised important questions on the meaning and effect of the ISDA Master Agreement, and on loan defaults.
