Head of Litigation and Regulatory Proceedings for Goldman Sachs in APAC

Cindy manages the Litigation and Regulatory Proceedings Group for Goldman Sachs in Asia Pacific.  She has almost 20 years of experience in dispute resolution including in litigation and arbitration, and in advising on regulatory investigations and matters across Asia Pacific.  

Prior to joining Goldman Sachs, Cindy worked at Herbert Smith Freehills in Hong Kong, specializing in representing financial institutions, corporates and individuals in litigation, arbitration and regulatory investigations and proceedings. 

Cindy is admitted as a solicitor in Hong Kong and England and Wales.  She earned an LLB from the University of Hong Kong.
