Dr. Zoltán Lengyel is a Hungarian-qualified partner in the Budapest office of Allen & Overy LLP.

His broad-based practice includes securities, derivatives and mergers & acquisitions. He has advised on numerous debt and equity offerings for Hungarian issuers. He was a member of the Capital Markets Advisory Board of the Hungarian Finance Minister in 2002 and is also a member of the Capital Markets Arbitration Panel.

Zoltán teaches corporate finance law at Eötvös Loránd University and the Corvinus University in Budapest.
