Kasper J. Krzeminski (Prof. Dr.) is partner in NautaDutilh's Litigation & Arbitration practice group. He specializes in the resolution of commercial and contractual disputes, notably in the finance, energy and construction industries. Kasper represents clients in international and domestic arbitration, court litigation and ADR. Kasper is widely known for his expertise in complex, cross border enforcement matters. In this field, Kasper combines his practice with academia as Professor of Attachment and Enforcement Law at the University of Amsterdam School of Law. Between 2019 – 2023, Kasper served as Secretary-General of P.R.I.M.E. Finance. He was also a member of the 2022 P.R.I.M.E. Finance Arbitration Rules Drafting Group.

He specialises in the resolution of commercial and contractual disputes. Kasper assists clients in a wide range of industries, including finance, energy and construction. He represents his clients in international and domestic arbitration, court litigation and ADR. Kasper is widely known for his expertise in multi-jurisdictional debt recovery and cross border enforcement.

Kasper graduated from Erasmus University Rotterdam in 2005. He holds a Masters' degree in Dutch private law and Dutch business law. In 2006, Kasper obtained his LL.M. degree from New York University School of Law. He joined NautaDutilh in the same year. In 2013, Kasper obtained his Doctorate (cum laude) at Erasmus University Rotterdam with a dissertation on repledge of collateral. Kasper became partner in 2017. Kasper is admitted to both the Rotterdam Bar (2006) and the New York Bar (2007).

Between 2019 – 2023, Kasper served as Secretary-General of P.R.I.M.E. Finance. He was also member of the Drafting Group of the 2022 P.R.I.M.E. Finance Arbitration Rules. In March 2023, Kasper was appointed – upon the nomination by the Dutch Minister of Legal Protection – to the Dutch State Advisory Committee on Civil Procedural Law (Adviescommissie Burgerlijk Procesrecht).
