Dutch Group meets at Dutch Central Bank
On Wednesday 30th, 2016, the P.R.I.M.E. Finance Dutch Group met at De Nederlandsche Bank (Dutch Central Bank) to hold a discussion on the latest and most relevant cases, both Dutch and international, regarding complex financial instruments.
The meeting was organized with the cooperation of De Nederlandsche Bank and took place in the Presidentenzaal of the Central Bank. The event gathered around 30 representatives of key sectors, including banking and financial industry specialists, legal counsel, jurists and academics. For almost two hours, the participants exchanged ideas on the the most recent cases where complex financial questions were resolved. The debate included both cases from The Netherlands and abroad and focused not only on decisions rendered by national courts but also by bodies such as the External Review Panels of the ISDA Determinations Committee.
The discussion was followed by a reception hosted in the Presidentenzaal of the Bank.
